Stayed the weekend here for hockey tournament. Property is super close to the rink we played at, so very convenient. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants as well. The place was very clean and comfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. I give it 8 out of 10. I really only have a couple complaints. A few weeks before our stay, I realized I had booked the property a day earlier than I needed. I sent host a message through the app about modifying my dates and never heard back. I would have understood if she couldn’t refund a day, but to not hear back at all was frustrating. Also, the Wi-Fi password she included in check-in instructions was wrong. So I messaged her about that, and no response again. Then I get a call at 8:30 PM saying kids were being too loud. She mentions then that she finally saw my message about the WiFi password, but we had already figured it out by then. It was annoying to get a complaint about being too loud at 8:30, when the posted “quiet time” hours did not begin until 10:00PM. Also, the quiet time hours posted in apartment are different from what was posted in check-in instructions.

This cute and comfortable place was the perfect launch point for our Kenai adventures. Positive: The apartment was very clean and super cute. Having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was great. Negative: There was a lot of ice at the bottom of the stairs and we ran out of ice melt.

We enjoyed our short stay. Very comfortable space and great location. The hosts communicated well! Positive: Perfect location for what we needed. Very much like home away from home!! Negative: N/A
